| Description | The Fluorogenic DPP7 Assay Kit is a complete assay system designed to measure activity of the purified DPP7 enzyme. It comes in a convenient 96-well format, with all the reagents necessary for 100 reactions. Based on the unique fluorogenic substrate, the Fluorescent DPP7 Activity Assay eliminates the dealing with radioactive materials and chromatography in traditional assays. Purified human recombinant DPP7 is included in the kit as a positive control. Using this kit, only one simple step, in which the fluorometric substrate is incubated with purified DPP7, is needed to analyze the DPP7 activity level. The resulting fluorescent product can then be measured with a microtiterplate fluorimeter. Kit Components: 1. Fluorogenic DPP7 substrate (0.5mM): 1x100ul 2.
