Specific Activity: ~0.4pmol/min/ug A 25ul ACC1 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM MgCl2, 1mM DTT, 2mM sodium citrate, 100uM ATP, 12mM NaHCO3 and 20uM acetyl-Co-A at 30°C for 40 minutes. ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
