| Product Name | MCP-1, Recombinant, Mouse |
| Description | Purity ~98% (SDS-PAGE and HPLC). The MCP proteins belong to the CC chemokine family, and signal through CCR2 and, with the exception of MCP-1, other CCR receptors. The MCP proteins chemoattract and activate monocytes, activated T cells, basophils, NK cells, and immature dendritic cells. The MCP family cross reacts across species. Recombinant murine JE is a 13.8kD protein containing 125aa including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in the CC chemokines. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse MCP-1, expressed in E.coli. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract Balb/C mouse spleen MNCs using a concentration range of 1-20ng/ml. Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug) AA Sequence: QPDAVNAPLT CCYSFTSKMI PMSRLESYKR ITSSRCPKEA VVFVTKLKRE VCADPKKEWV QTYIKNLDRN QMRSEPTTLF KTASALRSSA PLNVKLTRKS EANASTTFST TTSSTSVGVT SVTVN |
