| Description | Recognizes rat IgA. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, rat IgA and rat serum. No reaction was observed against rat IgM or rat IgG. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes. |
