| Description | Recognizes the ~24kD cleaved Presenilin-1 N-terminal fragment as well as full-length Presenilin-1 (~46kD). The antibody does not appear to crossreact with related endogenous proteins. Aggregates of presenilin-1 may be observed on Western blots. Species crossreactivity: Was confirmed on Western blots using extracts from 293 cells transfected with a full-length human presenilin-1 expression construct. |
