Reactivity on cultured human carcinoma cell lines: MCF-7, A-431, TR-146; bovine cells: MDBK, BMGE. Specifically detects tumors on primary and metastatic carcinoma, and meningioma. Shows distinct punctate membrane staining of epithelia. |
