| Description | Selenoprotein P, Plasma (SEPP1) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of SEPP1 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.16-10ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.1ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes natural and some recombinant human SEPP1. No significant crossreactivity or interference between human SEPP1 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to SEPP1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to SEPP1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
