| Product Name | Adenosine Deaminase, tRNA-Specific 1, Recombinant, Human, aa1-502, T7-Tag (ADAT1) |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). This gene is a member of the ADAR (adenosine deaminase acting on RNA) family. Using site-specific adenosine modification, proteins encoded by these genes participate in the pre-mRNA editing of nuclear transcripts. The protein encoded by this gene, tRNA-specific adenosine deaminase 1, is responsible for the deamination of adenosine 37 to inosine in eukaryotic tRNA. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human ADAT1, a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing aa1-502, fused to T7-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~57.7kD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Inhibition Assays and MS. |
