| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). ANG, as known as Angiogenin, belongs to RNase A family. This protein is an exceedingly potent mediator of new blood vessel formation. It hydrolyzes cellular tRNAs resulting in decreased protein synthesis and is similar to pancreatic ribonuclease. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa25-147 from human ANG protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~16.4kD (144aa) Enzyme Activity: Not determined.
