Decorin has been implicated in the assembly of the extracellular matrix and the inhibition of tumor progression. Peptide fragment 316-329, CVYVRSAIQLGNYK (MW:1614D), of the precursor molecule bone proteoglycan II. This C-Terminal human sequence is also Bone Proteoglycan II Precursor.
