| Description | Phosphorylated Adenosine Monophosphate Activated Protein Kinase (AMPK) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of AMPK in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 0.31-20ng/ml Sensitivity: 0.19ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10 Inter-Assay %CV: <10 Specificity: Recognizes human AMPK. No significant crossreactivity or interference between human AMPK and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to AMPK. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to AMPK. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
