| Description | Purity ≥98%. GANT61 is a cell-permeable hexahydropyrimidine compound. A Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway antagonist. Inhibits Hh signaling downstream of Smo and Sufu at the level of Gli (IC50 = 5uM). GANT61 has also been shown to inhibit the in vitro proliferation of PANC1 and 22Rv1 cells which have elevated GLi11 levels and prevent the development of 22Rv1 tumors in mice.
