The microtiter plate provided in this BioAssay™ kit has been pre-coated with Erythromycin antigen. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Erythromycin specific antibody and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated anti-antibody. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between pre-coated Erythromycin and Erythromycin in standards or samples with the Erythromycin special antibody.
