| Description | The NOS3/eNOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase 3, Endothelial) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of NOS3/eNOS in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Cell lysates and tissue homogenates, though not tested, may potentially be used as samples. Detection Range: 62.5-4000pg/ml Sensitivity: <37.5pg/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to NOS3/eNOS. Standards and samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells followed by a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to NOS3/eNOS. Streptavidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain NOS3/eNOS , biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated streptavidin complex will exhibit a change in color.
