| Description | Location: 14aa near the N-terminus of SARS M protein (1-2) Applications: The peptide is used for blocking the activity of the SARS M (NT) antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. It may also act to block the SARS M (NT) antibody in Western Blots. Storage It is supplied as 50ug at 200ug/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20?C, stable for one year. |
