| Description | BRFF-HPC1™ is a complete serum-free medium designed for establishing new cell lines from human prostate tissue.3 Epithelial cell lines, from both benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma have been established and maintained in this medium. This medium contains dihydrotestosterone. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix®. pH: 7.2-7.5 (5% CO2 atmosphere is recommended for culture.) Conductivity: 10-16mS Sterility Test: Specification: Detection of microbial growth. Test Sample: 0.1ml into each media (in triplicate): Incubation Conditions: 37°C for 3-5 days |
