| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). Poly(ADP-ribose) synthesized after DNA damage is only present transiently and is rapidly degraded by poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase. PARG hydrolyzes poly(ADP-ribose) at glycosidic (1''-2') linkage of ribose-ribose bond to produce free ADP-ribose. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human PARG, fused to His-tag, expressed in Sf21 cells. Biological Activity: ~100ng is required for poly(ADP-ribose) degradation assays |
