| Product Name | UCHL3, Recombinant, Human, aa1-230, His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~95% (SDS-PAGE). Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase isozyme L3, also known as UCHL3, is a member of a gene family whose products hydrolyze small C-terminal adducts of ubiquitin to generate the ubiquitin monomer. UCHL3 play a role in the regulation of neuronal development and spermatogenesis and have been implicated in neurodegenerative diseases. UCHL3 protein is 54% identical to that of UCHL1. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-230 from human uCHL3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~28.3kD (250aa) Specific Activity: >3000pmole/min/ug, measured by the hydrolysis of Ubiquitin-AMC at pH 8.0, 37°C. AA |
