Sensitivity: 69.748ng/ml Range: 78.125-5000ng/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of rabbit AA. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between rabbit AA and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to AA. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated AA. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with HRP-conjugated AA and AA in samples.
