Recombinant Human soluble 4-1BB Receptor also called Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9 produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids, having a molecular mass of 17.718kD and containing the cysteine rich TNFR-like extracellular domain of recombinant 4-1BB Receptor. The human 4-1BB Receptor is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Amino Acid Sequence: The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Met-Glu-Arg-Thr-Arg. Dimers and Aggregates: ≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Biological Activity: Recombinant 4-1BBr is fully biologically active when compared to standard.
