| Product Name | IMPAD1, Recombinant, Human, aa34-359, His-Tag (Inositol Monophosphatase 3) |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). IMPAD1, also known as Inositol monophosphatase 3, is a member of the inositol monophosphatase family. IMPAD1 is localized to the Golgi apparatus and catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphoadenosine phosphate (PAP) to adenosine monophosphate (AMP). Mutations in this gene are a cause of GRAPP type chondrodysplasia with joint dislocations, and a pseudogene of this gene is located on the long arm of chromosome 1. Recombinant human IMPAD1 protein was purified by conventional chromatography after refolding of the isolated inclusion bodies in a renaturation buffer. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa34-359 from human IMPAD1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~37.6kD (349aa) Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. |
