Specific Activity: ~50U/mg; One unit of TAK1-TAB1 fusion activity is defined as 1nmol phosphate incorporated into 2mg/ml casein per minute at 30°C with a final ATP concentration of 100uM. Applications: Suitable for use in MS Tryptic Fingerprint and Kinase Assay. |
