| Description | Mouse MSC growth medium was designed and tested for our Mouse Mesenchymal Stem cells (mMSC). This medium includes two components: Mouse MSC basal medium (M3005-34A1) and Mouse MSC growth medium supplement (M3005-34A2). The Mouse MSC growth medium supplement includes fetal bovine serum and recombinant growth factors, and some lot-to-lot variability is unavoidable. Each lot of this product is tested in cell culture to ensure its sterility. This product does not contain antibiotics. Use of Mouse MSC Growth Medium for Culturing Mouse MSC: 1. Thaw the supplement and add the entire volume (35ml) to the basal medium (500ml). Antibiotics may also be added if contamination is a concern. 2. Take the amount of MSC growth medium needed and warm to 37°C in a water bath or incubator. Avoid frequent temperature change to the entire bottle of medium. The Mouse MSC growth medium is stable for at least 1 month stored at 4°C. 3. We recommend changing medium every 2 days for regular cell culture. |
