| Description | Purity ≥98% Purified by cation/anion affinity and gel exclusion chromatography to 98% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, reduced. Recombinant HIV-1 IIIB gag p24 is a cytosolic protein produced in the Baculovirus Expression System. Quantitative determination of the protein is based on a sandwich capture ELISA using a qualified p24 preparation as a reference. The capture ELISA is sensitive to 1pg of p24; 1ng/ml of p24 shows an O.D. of 1.0 at 405nm under standard ELISA conditions. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Cell Activation Assays. |
