| Description | Description: All the protein lysates were prepared from liquid nitrogen fresh frozen tissues. Total protein and universal protein lysates were prepared by a Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat# P9087). Human tumor protein matched products include: Primary Pair (PP), or Primary and Metastatic Pair (PM). PP consists of total protein isolated from primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue; PM consists of total protein from primary tumor and corresponding metastastic tumor. Total proteins in each pair are prepared from the same donor. This product line is designed for identifying tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to • GAPDH for total protein, cytoplasmic and universal total protein. |
