Recombinant Human Staphylokinase is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular weight of 15.5kD. Biological Activity: Staphylokinase is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity measured by the ability of fibrin lysis in agarose plate was found to be ~4600IU/mg. Sequence: The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Ser-Ser-Ser-Phe-Asp. Dimers and Aggregates: ≤ 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis. Endotoxin: ≤ 0.1ng/ug (IEU/ug) of Human Staphylokinase.
