| Description | Chitin Hydrolysate is a highly concentrated solution of N-acetylglucosamine and oligomers of this sugar supplied in nearly saturated sodium chloride. This solution can be added to labeled or unlabeled lectins in controls to prevent labeling or agglutination, or it can be used to elute glycoproteins bound to agarose lectins. This mixture is an inhibitor for DSL, GSL II, LEL, STL, and WGA. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. |
