Sensitivity: 19.5ng/ml Range: 78-5000ng/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of bovine PLG. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between bovine PLG and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with PLG. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for PLG. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated PLG and PLG in samples.
