| Description | The Mouse Thrombospondin 1 (THBS1) ELISA, ECL Kit is a sensitive chemiluminescent sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of THBS1 in mouse plasma. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to THBS1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to THBS1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The addition of substrates A and B mixture generates glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the THBS1 level in the sample or standard. Detection Range: 62.5-4000pg/ml Sensitivity: < 21.2pg/ml.
