| Description | Purified. Protein G Agarose is prepared by covalently coupling Recombinant Protein G (contains three IgG binding domain, Catalogue # P9102-45C) to 6% crosslinked sepharose beads. The coupling technique is optimized to give a high binding capacity for IgG. The capacity of IgG binding could be greater than 10mg of human IgG per ml of wet gel. Source: E.coli Endotoxin level: ≤0.1EU/mg Applications: Suitable for use in the purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. Specificity: Binding capacity of human IgG greater than 10mg/ml of gel; High flow rate; Low falling off of rProtein G; pH stability 2-10. Protein G binds to all IgG subclasses from human, mouse and rat species. It also binds to total IgG from guinea pig, rabbit, goat, cow, sheep, and horse. |
