Molecular Weight: ~89kD Specific Activity: 77 pmole/min/ug Assay Conditions: Assay was done in a Kinase buffer using 0.2 mg/ml IGF1Rtide as a substrate with 20 uM ATP at 30oC for 40 min. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega). Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
