| Description | The human TNF-alpha BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human TNF-alpha. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (human TNF-alpha concentration is pretty low in normal serum and plasma, it may not be detected in this assay). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: For use in quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable concentration of TNF-alpha is <30pg/ml. Range: 30-6000pg/ml Specificity: Recognizes human TNF-alpha.
