| Description | Recognizes human late stage inflammatory macrophages. The antigen recognized is an 86kD protein (unreduced conditions), probably a glycoprotein on the cell surface and within the cytoplasm of mature macrophages. Reported to recognize microglia stem cells. Species Crossreactivity: rhesus monkey (macrophages) and porcine (alveolar macrophages and Kupffer cells). |
