| Product Name | Eogt, Recombinant, Mouse, aa20-527, His-Tag (EGF Domain-specific O-linked N-acetylglucosamine Transferase) |
| Description | Purity ~85% (SDS-PAGE). EOGT, also known as EGF domain-specific O-linked N-acetylglucosamine transferase, is involved in the regulation of Notch receptor. O-GlcNAc (O-linked b-N-acetylglucosamine) is introduced by a single intracellular O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) and a single extracellular O-GlcNAc transferase (EOGT). O-GlcNAc results from the addition of a single N-acetylglucosamine residue to serine/threonine residues. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa20-527 from mouse EOGT, fused to His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~60.4kD (516aa) 50-70KD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.) AA |
