| Description | BRFF-EPM2™ is a complete serum-free medium designed to grow human epidermal-like cells. This SFM formulation was originally optimized for human esophageal epithelial cells. Explant cultures of human skin in BRFF-EPM2 yields outgrowths of epithelial cells. This medium is also useful for culturing a number of human cancer cell lines. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix®. Ready-to-use with all necessary growth factors. Antibiotic-free. pH: 7.2-7.5 (5% CO2 atmosphere is recommended for culture.)
