Specific Activity: ~140 U/ug. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1pmol of Tyr substarte per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C. Assay Buffer: 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 3mM MgCl2, 3mM MnCl2, 1mM DTT, 3uM Na-orthovanadate, 0.1mM ATP, 30ug/ml Poly (Glu:Tyr) 4:1 substrate, and 2ug/ml E3375-47C Recombinant EGFR. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
