Source: EGF1-52 Biological Activity: The mitogenic activity of human EGF is measured by the stimulation of 3H-thymidine incorporation into human foreskin fibroblast cells. In addition, EGF activity has been determined by a receptor-binding assay (RBA) using A-431 cells. |
