It is a hetrotrimer of 70, 32/30 and 14kD chains. The DNA-binding activity may reside exclusively on the 70kD subunit. It is phosphorylated in a cell-cycle-dependent manner (from the S phase until mitosis). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and MS. |
