| Description | Continuous fluorometric assay for quantitative determination of lipase activity in postheparin plasma, cell culture and in purified lipase preparations. Kit Components: L2496-19A: Lipase substrate: 3 vials of lipase substrate (lyoph.), for 8 determinations each. Immediately before use reconstitute one vial with 16ml lipase buffer (L2496-19B). The substrate is not stable and must be used on the same day as reconstitution. L2496-19B: Lipase buffer: Physiological salt concentration, pH 8.2, 4 x 30ml L2496-19C: Lipase standard: 3 vials of lipase standard (lyoph.). Immediately before use reconstitute one vial with 4ml lipase buffer (L2496-19B) to obtain a final concentration of 22.5pmol/ml. |
