| Description | This kit is used for in vitro quantitative determination of myoglobin in serum. It can be applied to auxiliary diagnose of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Myoglobin (Mb) is a sensitive indicator for quantifying the damage of skeletal muscle and myocardial. Range: 3.0-700ug/L, r2≥0.990 Test Principle: Myoglobin-sensitized latex particles are homogeneous polystyrene latex particles in suspension coated with anti-myoglobin antibody. Myoglobin in the sample can be captured by the antibodies on the surface of the latex particles, resulting in cross-links. Therefore, particles aggregate, which increase the turbidity of the suspension. The absorbance of the suspension at 570nm is in positive proportion to the concentration of myoglobin in the sample, which can be used to calculate the concentration of myoglobin in the sample.
