| Description | KAT2B / PCAF Antibody (C-Terminus) LS-C26004. Recognizes the C-terminal domain of PCAF protein. This region of PCAF has intrinsic acetyltransferase activity with core histones (H3 and H4), and with nucleosome core particles to promote transcriptional activation. It also acetylates p53 protein in response to DNA damage. |
