| Description | E3 Ubiquitin-protein Ligase CHIP (STUB1) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of STUB1 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 31.25-2000pg/ml Sensitivity: 18.75pg/ml Precision: Intra-Assay %CV: <10% Inter-Assay %CV: <10% Specificity: Recognizes natural and some recombinant human STUB1. No significant crossreactivity or interference between human STUB1 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to STUB1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to STUB1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Free components are washed away.
