| Product Name | BTN3A1, Recombinant, Human, aa30-254, hIgG-His-tag |
| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). BTN3A1, also known as butyrophilin subfamily 3 member A1 isoform, belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is composed of an extracellular N-terminal IgV and a membrane proximal IgC domain followed by a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic tail. This protein plays a role in T-cell activation and in the adaptive immune response. Also, it regulates the proliferation of activated T-cells and the release of cytokines and IFNG by activated T-cells. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa30-254 from human BTN3A1, fused to hIgG-His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in insect cell. Molecular Weight: ~51.1kD (464aa), 50-70kD (SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.) Endotoxin: <1EU/1ug (determined by LAL method) AA |
