| Description | Recognizes human, mouse and rat ILKAP. detects endogenous human ILKAP at 47 kDa using Western blot. This is higher than the predicted molecular weight of 43 kDa but is consistent with the electrophoretic migration of rhILKAP. By direct ELISA, the antibody is selective for ILKAP over PP2C alpha, beta and gamma by 25-, 16-, and 92-fold, respectively. |
