| Description | Recognizes human Coagulation Factor XIII-A. The defined antibody reactivity is restricted to Factor XIII and FXIIIa in plasma and to platelet FXIII. Assay by immunoprecipitation techniques showed a reaction of full identity with A subunits of Factor XIII. No reaction was obtained with Factor XIII-depleted plasma and with B subunits. |
