Artificial mosaic polypeptide composite constructed from diagnostically relevant antigenic regions derived from the NS4 region of different HCV genotypes. The protein contains the fragments of the NS4 immunodominant region: (1691-1710), (1712-1733), (1921-1940). Specificity: Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals. Applications: Recombinant HCV NS4 Antigen may be used in ELISA and Western Blot, excellent for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems. |
