Sensitivity: 2.5U/ml Range: 8-80U/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human CA50. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human CA50 and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antibody specific for CA50. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody specific for CA50 and incubated.
