Full length recombinant human T-Cell receptor sCD4 produced in the baculovirus expression system. The full length protein contains V1 through V2 domains of CD4 (MW approx: 23kD). Binds to murine monoclonal antibodies of defined epitope specificity in ELISA and Western ELISA. Biological Activity: This protein binds to native and recombinant HIV-1 gp120 and HIV-2 gp105 and neutralizes HIV-1 infectivity in CD4-bearing, HIV-1 infected cell cultures and HIV infected PCMBs. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western ELISA, Neutralization, and Drug screening assays. |
