| Description | RABBIT ANTI HUMAN CD282 (N-TERMINAL). This item recognises CD282, also known as TLR-2, a 90kD type 1 transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed by peripheral blood monocytes. CD282 is also expressed in the spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes. CD282 is reported to respond to a diverse range of bacterial cell wall components, mediating the innate immune response in co-operation with MD-2. |
