This item recognises a polypeptide (CD1c) antigen of 43kD which is associated with the 12kD beta 2 microglobulin present on thymocytes, a subpopulation of B-lymphocytes early during ontogeny, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells. It may be useful for studies of calcium flux induced by CD1c. |
